Welcome to X1 Scripter, a bio-automation and 4PL analysis software tool provided by Ziroh. By accessing, purchasing, or using X1 Scripter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

X1 Scripter is a specialized automation software designed for professional bio-researchers. We partner with Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, to facilitate transactions, licensing, and payment processing. All purchases are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy.

2. License Grant and Restrictions

Ziroh grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to install and use X1 Scripter for your professional research purposes.

  • You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, or lease the software.
  • You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the X1 Scripter software or its algorithms.

3. Refunds

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, algorithms, methodologies, UI/UX design, and branding associated with X1 Scripter, are the exclusive property of Ziroh. Your use of the software does not grant you any ownership rights to the underlying intellectual property.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

Use at your own risk.

X1 Scripter is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, explicit or implied. Ziroh specifically disclaims any liability for:

  • Laboratory errors, experimental failures, or inaccurate data interpretation.
  • Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to financial loss, loss of data, or disruption of research operations resulting from the use or inability to use X1 Scripter.

Researchers are solely responsible for validating the output and mathematical models (including 4PL analysis) generated by the software before applying them to critical laboratory workflows.

6. Modifications to the Terms

Ziroh reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the email address associated with their Lemon Squeezy purchase or through an update prompt within the software.
